Our services
The Valuation and Consulting Services team offers over 20 years of real estate consulting experience.
Our core services are provided in the Mid-Atlantic region (PA, NJ, NY, MD, VA, WV, and DC) and Florida, although we work in other jurisdictions on an as-needed basis, for a wide variety of clients and property types.
The firm has provided its real estate focused strategies and solutions to financial institutions, REIT’s, corporations, property management companies, attorneys and private individuals and our day-to-day operations encompass property tax assessment review and appeals, tax budgeting and estimates, and general advisory services for commercial, industrial, multi-family, senior living, hospitality and other property classes.
In conjunction with our strategic partners and alliances, Valuation and Consulting Services offers ancillary services to its clients including cost segregation studies, energy related tax incentives, and business valuations
Our philosophy
Valuation and Consulting Services has 20+ years of experience providing real estate advisory, property tax compliance, real estate assessment appeal and property tax consulting services in the real estate sector.

Our specialities
Our firm's core focus is providing real estate assessment and property tax consulting services relating to the uniformity, equity and fairness of real estate assessments (ad valorem taxation).
We have worked successfully with and for our clients to provide effective tax minimization strategies and to achieve real estate assessment reductions and lower real estate tax obligations.
